FUT 21 receives a patch on PS5 that reduces the resistance of the adaptive triggers of the DualSense. Only you can deactivate it via console configuration. So the EA Sports team has decided to change the performance they were giving so far.
As we can read in the full update notes, the resistance of adaptive triggers has been “reduced when enabled at the system level.” On the other hand, the PS5 version also has a controller bug fixed. “When the title was released before the DualSense was turned on, the haptic feedback didn’t always work,” the study explains. Now it will always be activated.
The next-generation port of FUT 21 featured improvements dedicated to taking advantage of the PS5’s DualSense. For those of you who don’t know, adaptive triggers are tied to the energy of the players. If we press the sprint trigger, it will be more difficult to squeeze it if the player has made an effort or if he is tired from the wear and tear of the game. A sector of users within the community has complained about the impossibility of being able to eliminate this function from within the game, since it affects your performance in the competitive one. It can only be done from the console settings.
In the case of haptic feedback, club shots, tackles, and player collisions all have their response in the DualSense housing. This evolution of the Dualshock 4 vibration does not have the same level of intrusion as the triggers. It was logical that EA Sports ended up adjusting it at some point.
You can play FUT 21 right now in Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X-S, and PC. If you are enjoying FUT 21 as much as we do, don’t forget you can buy FIFA coins on U7BUY!
